Note: This form is for creating a new organization or institution account only.  If your lab already has an organizational or institutional account, please contact the administrator of that account for access. If you submit this form and your organization or institution does not have an existing account, you will automatically become the administrator for your organization’s account. The organization administrator will have the ability to create additional user accounts with proper permissions within the organization. This can be done within Ion Reporter™ once your organization account has been created. Members of the same organization will be able to share the same data and custom workflows. When requesting the creation of a new organization, please use a specific lab or other descriptive name, e.g. "University X Lab Y" rather than just "University X".
